Returns & Refunds Policy

At AG Fashion Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, our policy below explains how to return items purchased on https://outlet.prowebagency.dev.
1) Return window & eligibility
We accept returns within 60 days from the day your order was delivered.
- Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags (where provided) and placed inside a protective shipping box. When trying on footwear, please do so indoors and do not mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
- Keep any security or brand tags attached; items must be returned with tags in their original position.
- Please be careful when trying on items. Any returns that do not meet this policy may be refused.
Note: We currently do not designate “final sale” categories. All items remain subject to the condition requirements above.
2) What we don’t require
- No signature is required at delivery by default.
- No special RMA number is required to start a return—just follow the steps in Section 3.
3) How to start a return
- Contact us at agfcsellz@gmail.com or (442) 274-9975 within 60 days of delivery and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Pack your item(s) securely with all original tags and packaging. For footwear, place the branded shoe box inside a protective outer box.
- Ship your return using a trackable service of your choice. Keep your receipt and tracking number for your records.
Tip: Use the original shipping carton when possible and add padding to protect branded boxes and accessories.
4) Return shipping & processing fee
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (you may choose any carrier).
- A $9.95 return processing fee is applied per return shipment and is deducted from your refund.
- If we made an error or the item arrived damaged/defective, we will cover reasonable return shipping and waive the $9.95 processing fee—see Section 6.
5) Refunds
- Once your return is delivered to us and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).
- Allow 5–7 business days for inspection after delivery to our facility, plus your bank’s standard posting time (typically 3–10 business days).
- Refunds reflect the item price minus the $9.95 processing fee. Original shipping charges (if any) are not refunded unless we made an error or the item was defective.
6) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us at agfcsellz@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
- We will make it right in line with this policy. For approved cases, we will cover reasonable return shipping and waive the $9.95 processing fee.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
7) Exchanges
We currently offer refund-only. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
8) Order cancellations
- If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at agfcsellz@gmail.com or (442) 274-9975.
- Before shipment: we’ll cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- After shipment: please follow the return process in Section 3 once the order is delivered.
9) U.S.-only purchases & duties
We sell and ship within the United States only. Any applicable duties/taxes are prepaid at checkout. This policy does not cover international returns.
10) Condition review & policy enforcement
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are worn, used, soiled, missing tags/packaging, or otherwise not in resalable condition as described in Section 1. Repeated policy abuse may result in account limitations consistent with our Terms & Conditions.
