Welcome to AG Fashion Clothing (the “Website”), operated by AG Fashion Clothing Inc (“AG Fashion Clothing”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website and the services we provide through it (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services (including placing an order), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We sell and ship within the United States only.

3) Eligibility & your account

You must be 18+ to use the Services or place orders. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4) Using our Website

We provide the Website for personal, lawful use. Do not interfere with the Website, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated scraping or data-extraction tools. We may suspend or change the Services at any time.

5) Product information & availability

We offer new products only—no pre-owned, and we do not sell fur, exotic skins, or kidswear. We try to present product details and imagery accurately; minor variations (e.g., screen color settings) may occur. All items are offered subject to availability.

6) Prices, currency & taxes

All prices are shown in USD. We sell only in the USA; applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. If any duties or taxes are relevant, they are prepaid at checkout.

7) Payment & order process

Accepted methods: major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
When charged: payment is captured at order placement.

After you submit your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, due to inventory issues or system problems). If we cancel after charging you, we’ll refund you in full.

8) Shipping, delivery & risk of loss

• Territory: USA only.
• Signature: No signature required by default.
• Risk of loss: remains with us until delivery to your specified address.
• Timing: any delivery dates shown are estimates.

If a package is shown as delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it, contact us promptly so we can help investigate.

9) Returns, refunds & cancellations

Return window: 60 days from delivery.
Condition: items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.
Exclusions: None (subject to condition requirements above).
Processing fee: $9.95 return processing fee deducted from refund.
Refunds: issued to the original payment method after inspection.

If you need to cancel, contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel and refund in full; otherwise, please use the return process above.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the condition requirements or are returned outside the stated window.

We sell only authentic goods sourced from reputable channels and do not list pre-owned items. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right in line with these Terms.

11) Intellectual property

All Website content (text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, and underlying software) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Website content without our prior written consent.

18) Governing law & venue

These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them or your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Ventura County, California (USA). Jury trial is not waived by this clause.

• No waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver of our right to do so later.
